About Silverleaf
Silverleaf is one of the newest subdivisions in Addison, Illinois. It is located about one mile North of Army Trail Road and just West of Swift Road. We are a development of 36 single-family homes built by Residential Homes of America. We are centrally located near several excellent shopping centers such as Stratford Square mall to the West and Woodfield Shopping Center to the North. Silverleaf is also just minutes away from I-355.

Although we are officially within the city limits of Addison, we are in the Bloomingdale school system. Our homeowner's association covers basic maintenance for the homeowner's such as landscaping and maintenance of the two ponds located on the property.
